Washing

Detangle before washing

Always brush through gently with a wide tooth comb or detangling brush  before getting your bundles wet. Wet hair is more fragile and prone to shedding if not detangled first.

 

Use sulfate-free shampoo

 Wash gently in one direction with lukewarm water. Avoid scrubbing or twisting the hair, which can cause tangling and matting.


Deep condition regularly

Apply conditioner from mid-length to ends and let it sit for 5–10 minutes before rinsing. This keeps curls and waves soft and reduces frizz.

 

Styling & maintenance

Use heat protectant

Even though our loose/straight hair is heat friendly, always apply a heat protectant spray before using hot tools to extend the life of your bundles.


Moisturize between washes

Use a light leave-in conditioner or hair oil to keep curls defined and prevent dryness, especially on curlier textures like Honey Curl, Afro Curly, Exotic B, and Pixie Pop.


Sleep with care

Braid or twist your hair loosely before bed, or use a silk/satin bonnet or pillowcase to reduce friction and tangling overnight.


Store it properly

When not in use, store bundles in a breathable bag, braided or loosely coiled, away from direct sunlight and moisture.

Avoid sleeping with wet hair, using high heat without protectant, or applying heavy oils directly to the roots/wefts, this can cause buildup and shorten the lifespan of your bundles.

How long does processing take?

Please allow 7–10 business days (excluding weekends) for processing before your order ships. Some units are available on a preorder basis, these will be noted on the product page.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship across Canada and USA only. We're working on expanding, stay tuned!

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Returns & exchanges

What's your return & refund policy?

We do not offer refunds once hair has been installed. You have 30 days after receiving your order to contact us for a resolution if there's an issue. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging, along with proof of purchase. Sale items are final sale.

Returns

If you’d like to return an item, please contact us at ses.styling01@gmail.com before sending it back. Returns that have not been requested and approved in advance may not be accepted.

Refund Policy

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to confirm whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and reflect the refund in your account.

What if I received the wrong item or it arrived damaged?

Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue and we will figure it out together.

About our hair

Is your hair really virgin/unprocessed?

Yes, all our textures are 100% premium virgin human hair, meaning it has never been chemically treated. We only use steam for our virgin hair.
All Raw hair are 100% un processed

Can I color or bleach the hair?

Yes, our hair can be colored or bleached. We always recommend a professional colorist for best results and to preserve the integrity of the hair.

Is the hair heat friendly?

Yes, all our textures are heat friendly and can be styled with hot tools at normal styling temperatures.

please keep the heat on low and use heat protectant to avoid damaging the hair.

How long will my bundles last?

With proper care, our bundles can last 2–3 years and more.

How many bundles do I need for a full install?

It depends on the length and desired fullness, but as a general guide:

16"–20" usually needs 3 bundles, and 22"+ usually needs 3–4 bundles plus a closure or frontal if applicable.
